A multi-billion pound offshore wind farm has had to be reduced in size after a landmark ruling in the High Court. The Atlantic Array project in the Bristol Channel was scheduled to provide energy for up to a million homes but now it has been subjected to a significant cut in the number of turbines following a dispute over a planned turbine project in Norfolk.
