Minister heckled over reduced role for small business in the Green Deal
The Energy and Climate Change Minister Greg Barker has been heckled while making a speech at the annual lunch of the Construction Products Association (CPA) held at the Dorchester Hotel in London. The minister mentioned that building chain Travis Perkins is one of the most recent companies to be sign up for involvement in the Green Deal, the government’s insulation and energy efficiency scheme due to be launched in October.
